+ All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and packages are shipped via Australia Post

How much is shipping?

AUSTRALIA

+ Australia Standard: FREE

+ Australia Express: $6.40AUD

 

INTERNATIONAL

+ International Standard (non-trackable): $5AUD

+ International Registered (trackable): $26AUD

Why is everything out of stock? When will you be restocking?

We’re taking a short break to focus on family for a while and to enjoy our new baby. If you have any questions about your recently placed order, please refer to the FAQ’s below. All emails will be responded to once we are back in the office. Stay tuned on Instagram for our return: @nomadicstore

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

+ Once you place your order, there is an approximate 3-5 business day handling period whereby your order is made by hand, and then packaged up also by hand.

After this temporary handling period, your parcel is dispatched and the following (approximate) arrival times apply:

 

AUSTRALIA

+ Australia Standard: 2-12 business days*

+ Australia Express (trackable by request): 1-3 business days*

 

INTERNATIONAL

+ International Standard (non-trackable): 7-35 business days*

+ International Registered (trackable): 5-15 business days*

 

* Please also note: The above arrival times are simply a guide and in no way a guarantee.  Your country’s boarder authorities can legally hold packages indefinitely. We can not control nor take responsibility for packages once they have left our hands.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post who only operate/deliver/accept parcels Monday – Friday (no weekends or public holidays).

How can I pay?

+ We currently only accept PayPal payments and Credit Card payments.

Will I receive an email notification when my order is dispatched?

Yes!

The first email you will get is one that confirms your order has been received by us. This will have an order number for your record.

You will then get an email once your order has been dispatched. When you get this, that means your package is on its way to you.

Our confirmation emails are automated and therefore if you haven’t received yours, it means either you have misspelt your email address at checkout, or your email has gone to your junk box.

How can I cancel/change my order/shipping address?

We’re sorry, but once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered in any way. Please take care when placing your order.

How do I track my order?

INTERNATIONAL

If you are an international customer (anywhere outside Australia) and would like to purchase tracking along with your order, please select ‘International Registered (trackable): $26AUD’ at checkout.

If you have already placed your order along with tracking for an additional fee, please contact us to obtain your tracking number.

If you selected ‘International Standard (non-trackable): $5AUD’ at checkout, this means that your package is unable to be tracked. You cannot change this after placing your order.

 

AUSTRALIA 

If you would like your order tracked, please purchase ‘Express Shipping’ at checkout and be sure to write in the ‘notes’ section that you would like a tracking number.

Can I refund or exchange my order?

At Nomadic Store, we take great care in preparing and packaging up your order by hand, however once your package is handed over to Australia Post – it is not our responsibility. Due to this, we do not take responsibility nor refund for items that are:

+ Damaged

+ Missing

+ Delayed

+ If you change of mind upon receiving the item/s

+ The item/s does not fit

+ If you are an international customer who purchased ‘Non-Trackable Postage’ and decide later on that you would like to track your parcel (this is simply impossible)

 

All necklace measurements are outlined in the product descriptions and therefore it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to be sure that the necklace will fit before purchasing.

Items are sent to the exact address you provide at checkout, so please check that it is your current and correct address, because no responsibility will be taken if you do not receive your item/s due to providing an old or incorrect address. We do not recommend you getting your item sent to your college/university due to the high rate of parcels that get misplaced by admin staff. Items shipped to colleges/university’s are at your own risk.

Our pieces are handmade and thus very delicate, so please take care when wearing them. Nomadic Store designs are not waterproof, so please avoid water/exercising whilst wearing yours.
